Dear Fellow Libertarian,
For 4 solid months, the Republican Establishment Bullies have attacked and assaulted our Petition Drives to put our Libertarian candidates on the ballot in all 50 states plus D.C.
They smacked us and slammed us in Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
They must have mistaken us for chumps or wimps or victims. Big mistake.
We came out swinging. We whipped them in Iowa, Ohio, and Virginia.
Then we fought hard and dug deep in Pennsylvania – to prove that we had 20,600 valid signatures out of the 49,000 signatures we turned in (!) – and the Court ruled in our favor. We won. They’re appealing the Court’s decision.
That’s 48 states + D.C. for our Libertarian Presidential ticket – and more than 503 federal, state, and local Libertarian Party candidates.
96% of all Americans can vote for Libertarian Party candidates this November 6th – even if the Courts rule against us in Michigan and Oklahoma. Even if the Supreme Court refuses to right this wrong in the next two weeks.
But that’s not all.
Our Libertarian Presidential Ticket – Gov. Gary Johnson and Judge Jim Gray – filed a federal Anti-Trust Lawsuit against the Commission on Presidential Debates, the Democratic Party, and the Republican Party – to compel them to include our Libertarian Presidential ticket in the upcoming nationally-televised Presidential debates.
The suit was filed in California federal court last Friday.
Judge Jim Gray is slated to give oral arguments showing the Debates Commission, Republicans, and Democrats are guilty of collusion, restraint of trade, and gross violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act.
Our proposed legal remedy? Include 2-Term Gov, Gary Johnson and 25-Year Superior Court Judge Jim Gray in all of the Presidential Debates.
This case could go all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
PLUS, we just might have a few October Surprises for the Democrats and Republicans.
Our legal fights with the Republican bullies are bare-knuckle brawls. They’re fighting dirty. Trying to make us spend every last dollar of Libertarian Party money in the courts – instead of using it to advertise and publicize Libertarian Party campaigns and candidates.
